this is what life’s looked like of late

the last week has brought:

pumpkin carving,

the smell of fall,

the crunch of leaves under my feet,

reading tone of he finest books in the world,

playing with the cutest little brother ever,

cheering for our favorite, yet the worst team in football currently,

having fun times watching the election, and knowing even though outcome seems grim that a great King hold the nations in His hands and brought forth this exact moment for a reason we cannot understand,

drinking hot tea and warm cider,

loving cold winter days and the freezing outside,

listening to christmas music loudly and eating peppermint stick ice cream,

cherishing friends who build me up in the faith,

finding myself in more joy of late than ever. it has to do with reflecting and experiencing the greatness of Jesus Christ. He holds my soul and this whole world and never ceases to amaze me.

happy november, folks. be happy.
